GO BROWN ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ORDER?

Subject to stock availability, Solution Orders placed (and paid) before 11am Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched on the day, orders placed after 11am will ship the following day.  Solution Orders take 1 to 3 working days to arrive from date of shipping.  Please allow 4 working days for an order to arrive in outlying areas. Solution Orders placed on a Thursday and Friday will be dispatched on the Monday morning.

Subject to stock availability, Product Orders placed (and paid) before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the day, orders placed after 11am will ship the following afternoon. Orders take 1 to 5 working days to arrive from date of shipping.  Please allow a week (7 working days) for an order to arrive in outlying areas.

PAYMENT OF MY ORDER

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Full payment must be received on invoice for timely dispatch of your order. An order is considered confirmed on the payment reflecting in our bank account.

ARE PRODUCTS ALWAYS REDABLY AVAILABLE TO ORDER?

Every effort is made to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and the shipment of your order is effectively timeous however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In cases of unavailability, we will contact you with options.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability and order processing time. In order to keep products as fresh as possible we do not have extensive production runs.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 5 – 9 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for delivery of raw materials and manufacturing.

HOW SOON WILL YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-3 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery in and around South Africa

Any orders placed shall only be processed once payment has been made in full (100%) during the ordering process via the PayGate Payment Portal, Payfast, alternatively by way of VISA, Mastercard or an electronic funds transfer (EFT); orders will only be considered confirmed once payment is reflecting in our account.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I SEND IT THROUGH?

NO, we are unable to add or amend any order already placed and processed. A new order would need to be placed, should you require any additional items.

WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER UNTIL I PAY?

NO, we do not hold stock until you decide to pay. Those who pay first, receive their orders first. Your order is only considered confirmed once we receive payment.

DELIVERY OF YOUR PLACED ORDERS

We know how eager you are to get your solution and products and we are eager to get them to you in the quickest time and at the most affordable cost. We will supply all goods to the courier company in good order and will take every precaution that goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Due to the nature and size of our products, a delivery cost has to be involved and we have calculated long and hard to bring you the most affordable delivery rates possible.

Solution only orders have no addition shipping sur charge and will be dispatched as per above notary unless Express delivery is requested.

Solution and Product Orders for same day delivery option will only apply if order is placed (and paid) before 10:00am the same day, if order placed after 10:00am goods will only be delivered the following working day and is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CAPE TOWN TECHS.

Express delivery options will only apply if order is placed (and paid) before 10:00am the same day, Express delivery will incur an addition sur charge.

A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We deliver directly to your home, office, or business anywhere in South Africa. The final delivery cost will be calculated during the invoice process. All orders costs are calculated and dispatched from our main business address in Durbanville and delivered to your door.

If you live outside South Africa – please arrange your own courier services.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.

If you live in the Western Cape and would like to collect directly from us, you most welcome, with no charge- please arrange a convenient time with Chris or Tuané.

PACKAGING

We will bear the cost and we will choose the best way of packaging of the goods, items or products unless agreed otherwise;

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We cannot take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be on your cost). However, we take effort in tracking the package and file a claim and notify the buyer of the outcome.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Risks related to the products pass to you on delivery,

ownership in the products passes to you on payment of the invoice in full; and

you have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the products, items or goods as imposed by law

Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once payment has been made for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by us. Cancelled orders that have been paid for will be refunded after a deduction of a 15% charge for administration costs. We reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the our standards. Should we exercise this right, the buyer will receive a full refund with no deductions within 7 days of order.
Orders not paid for with in 48 hours will be cancelled without prior notice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a product is not what you ordered or damaged or broken when you receive it, kindly inform us immediately. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to credit or refund you for the damaged or broken product, whichever you prefer.

IN CONCLUSION

We endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping), less any discount or credits.
